About six months ago I had the distinct pleasure of being introduced to the marvelous work of chef Roberto Cortez. Over the past 20 years, he has created numerous extraordinary dining experiences that celebrate the ephemeral magic that happens when food, art, and human emotion combine. I am thrilled to share that he has been working on a new book, Senses in Sucrose, that superbly captures his work in photographic form.
